Participants need to do their check-in before the start of the event at Hacienda Tapanti.

HERCULES:

• from 3pm until 8pm on Monday 05.08 or from 6am to 7am on Tuesday 06.08.
• Shuttle to start is included and leaves at 7am from Hacienda Tapanti. Shuttle from finish back to Hacienda Tapanti is included.
  

PEGASUS:

• from 3pm until 8pm on Wednesday 07.08 or from 6am to 8am on Thursday 08.08. Start of Pegasus event is located at Hacienda Tapanti.
• Shuttle from finish back to Hacienda Tapanti is included.

Transport to check-in is not included with your entry unless you've booked one of our travel packages.

Camping and limited accommodations available at Hacienda Tapanti the nights before or after the event.

Free secured parking at Hacienda Tapanti for the duration of the event.

Few days before the start of the event you will receive an email that will include your BIB number and the QR code you will be asked for at the Mandatory Check-in. 

HERCULES:

PEGASUS:

• from 3pm until 8pm on Wednesday 07.08 or from 6am to 8am on Thursday 08.08.

In case you have additional luggage, please inform our staff about it during your Check-in and they will explain the further steps.

HIGHLANDER Costa Rica offers meat and vegan options. You choose your diet preference during the registration process. 

You must bring your own water to the Start (minimum 3L / 1 gallon).

You can find more information about food and water in the event rules. 

Participants of Hercules format will be transported from the check-in location Hacienda Tapanti to to the start location - Lago Don Manuel and back from the finish line at Mollejones to Hacienda Tapanti.

Participants of Pegasus format will start their journey from Hacienda Tapanti and will be transported from the finish line at Mollejones back to Hacienda Tapanti.

Transportation timetable and the start times schedule will be announced soon.
