ROUTE DESCRIPTIONS
HighlanderHercules
- I feel Slovenia HIGHLANDER Hercules Kamnik-Savinja Alps is a challenge that requires preparation but you don’t need to be an experienced mountaineer. You need to be in good physical condition, used to hiking multiple days in a row. Technically the route is categorized as an easy route, however it is demanding regarding physical condition.
- We will start the adventure in flower park Mozirje, first we will climb Golte and continue to Smrekovec, Travnik and Raduha. On the north side we will have a view of Carinthia and on the south side of the Šaleška and Savinjska valleys and central Slovenia. Later we will descend to Luče, where we will cross the Savinja river and then ascend to Lepenatka and further to Velika planina. After the descent to Kamniška Bistrica we will climb to our destination on Krvavec.
- If you wish to compare it to I feel Slovenia HIGHLANDER Hercules Julian Alps, the dificullty of the route is similar, however the event Kamnik-Savinja alps is technically less demanding.

- I feel Slovenia HIGHLANDER Pegasus Kamnik-Savinja Alps is a challenge that requires preparation but you don’t need to be an experienced mountaineer. You need to be in good physical condition, used to hiking. Technically the route is categorised as an easy route, however it is demanding regarding physical condition.
- We will start the adventure in picturesque village of Luče, where we will cross the Savinja river, ascend to Lepenatka and further to Velika planina. After the descent to Kamniška Bistrica we will climb to our destination on Krvavec.
