Getting to Lošinj by Ferry:
- Rijeka to Lošinj: Jadrolinija offers a daily high-speed catamaran service from Rijeka to Lošinj. The route includes stops on Cres and occasionally other islands, providing a scenic journey.
- Pula or Zadar to Lošinj: Kapetan Luka operate a catamaran connecting Pula and Zadar, with a stop in Lošinj. This route also visits Unije and Susak before Lošinj, and Ilovik and Silba after. It runs year-round, increasing frequency from once weekly in the off-season to five times a week during peak summer.
- Zadar to Lošinj: Jadrolinija runs a car ferry from Zadar to Lošinj, stopping at several smaller islands en route.
- Susak or Unije to Lošinj: Jadrolinija also operates a local ferry service connecting Lošinj with the islands of Susak and Unije, making inter-island travel convenient.
Driving to Lošinj:
- Traveling by car involves first reaching the island of Cres. From there, you’ll drive across the swing bridge at Osor (which operates at 09:00 and 17:00) to reach Lošinj.
- The drive offers picturesque views and the freedom to explore at your own pace.
Flying to Lošinj:
- Lošinj Airport (IATA: LSZ, ICAO: LDLO) is a small airport near Mali Lošinj, accommodating both domestic and international flights.
