If you come by private car, we suggest that you leave it near the start on Stara planina, where it will be waiting for you after the adventure is over.

You have the option and choice to get to Stara planina, the place where the HIGHLANDER adventure takes place, via Knjaževac or via Pirot.

ACCOMMODATIONS
All formats at the HIGHLNADER STARA PLANINA 2024 event are of the circular type and the start/finish is at the same place at the location near the top of Babin zub. LOCATIONS recommended for interference near the start/finish zone are the village of Jabučko ravnište and the village of Crni vrh.

TRANSPORT TO THE START
Each participant in his own organization comes to the start, which is on Stara planina, next to Hotel Stara planina, Babin zub location. Depending on the number of interested persons, organized transportation from Knjaževac will be offered. Participants will receive more information about this opportunity after registration.It is necessary to arrive at the START AT LEAST 2 HOURS BEFORE THE START in order to have enough time for registration, equipment check and final check of the route plan before going out on the track.
Registration is possible the day before the start of the event and at the very start. The day before the start of the Hercules format, Tuesday 02.07.2024. registration will be possible at Stara planina. Detailed information about the hourly rate and place will be sent by e-mail to each participant a few days before the start of the event. For those who are unable to register the day before, registration and check-in is organized at the starting point.
