The HIGHLANDER global adventure family is growing, and we’re proud to announce our newest destination: Nepal. From March 1 - 5, 2026, hikers from around the world will have the chance to experience the magic of the Himalayas with HIGHLANDER Himalaya, Nepal.
Known as the gateway to some of the world’s tallest mountains, Nepal now becomes part of the HIGHLANDER story with routes designed to bring participants closer to nature, culture, and themselves. The Annapurna region, famous for its breathtaking panoramas and rich traditions, will host four unique HIGHLANDER formats - from a one-day trek in the foothills to a five-day journey culminating in sunrise over Poon Hill.
HIGHLANDER 5 DAYS - Hercules: A classic Annapurna panorama
Approx. 32.1 km
This route is a perfect introduction to the Himalayas. The trek winds through villages, forests, and ridges, with the highlight being a magical sunrise from Poon Hill, where the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges paint the sky.
Itinerary highlights:
- Trek from Nayapul to Ulleri, and onward to Ghorepani
- Sunrise at Poon Hill before continuing to Tadapani
- Finish at Dhampus before driving back to Pokhara
HIGHLANDER 3 DAYS - Pegasus: Hot springs and Himalayan charm
20 - 25 km
Adventure meets relaxation with a trek through the Annapurna region paired with natural hot springs at Jhinu Danda. Perfect for those seeking both challenge and rejuvenation.
Itinerary highlights:
- Trek from Kimrong Khola to Jhinu Danda hot springs
- Continue through Tolkha and Dhampus with rewarding mountain views
HIGHLANDER 2 DAYS – Orion: Ghandruk’s heritage and Himalayan vistas
15 - 18 km
This shorter trek immerses hikers in Gurung heritage, traditional mountain life, and spectacular scenery.
Itinerary highlights:
- Visit the famous village of Ghandruk
- Trek through Landruk and Tolkha before reaching Dhampus
HIGHLANDER 1 DAY – Lyra: A taste of the Annapurna foothills
8 - 10 km
For adventurers short on time, this route offers a compact yet fulfilling experience.
Itinerary highlights:
- Trek from Landruk to Bichok
- Conclude at Dhampus with panoramic views
